Day 2: Streamyx done it again. The Mayhem Status Continues…

Well it is Wednesday morning now and I have yet to hear any news from the TMPoint manager yet. He promises to give me feedback on my cases as reported in my previous post. When I tried to call the number he given to me on Monday but to my frustration that number was ringing and ringing and ringing without anyone answering it. I tried to call for 3 times in an interval of 15, 30 and 60 minutes but it stills the same no one answering the dammed telephone.
Still keeping my cool, I called up the usual streamyx customer service 1300 88 9515 number to ask for the status of my case. To my amazement, the lady staff there don’t know a single thing about my case and she even don’t know why my account was closed out of a sudden too. So I have explained it all over again and she said she promise to open a case for me… Dammed, I think the TMPoint manager didn’t file my report.

account was closed yesterday “sunday evening, 23-sept-2007″ for a very very stupid reason.
