Day 1: Streamyx done it again…

huh… i got real frustated today due to this endless “karenah” by streamyx…
I found out that my STEAMx account was closed yesterday “sunday evening, 23-sept-2007″ for a very very stupid reason.

The tel support guy told me that my account was closed for the reason of “Service was not provisioned completed, sib (courier) not received by customer, customer acara sempurna”. Upon askig further about what is service is not completed, he told me that it was the ADSL modem that was not delivered.

Then i shouted in a angry tone.. “WHAT the fUCk! i’ve been using it for more than 1 years already, are you kidding me?” He keep quite for a while knowing that i was in anger, then told me to file a complain at tmpoint outlet.

The modem have been sitting in my house since the day I bought the in-a-box package a year ago… its been here in my room for more than a years and I had been paying bills all this while. Only now they just simply close my account even without bother to check my account activity, history and don’t have the courtesy to call and check with me first.

So today i went to TMPoint at Setapak, somewhere near a client place and house of my friend. In tmpoint the front desk staff checked the status and told to wait for one week and check back with the usual www(world wide WAIT) 1300 support tel no for the status. This make me even more angry.

Since the front desk guy can’t make any decision, I demanded for the manager and luckily the manager entertain me and promise will look into the matter. Even that, he didn’t specify when my problem will be resolve. After pressing him for a few time in an controlled anger voice, he then agree to call me by tomorrow to update me on the status no matter what the outcome is. He even write his name and a number for me to call.

so… if tomorrow i receive no call from them…. i will let some STEAM out on the streamyx and the TMpoint manager…..

We all know that how good with streamyx line. All the usual problem of line not stable, line dropping, technical or non technical error that streamyx given so far, i can take it in a cool way. However, i’m quite positive that this problem of mine was definately due to human error that shouldn’t happen at all. How can they close an account without getting the owner consent. What kinda idiot is working in that company nowaday… Stupid
