Well it is Wednesday morning now and I have yet to hear any news from the TMPoint manager yet. He promises to give me feedback on my cases as reported in my previous post. When I tried to call the number he given to me on Monday but to my frustration that number was ringing and ringing and ringing without anyone answering it. I tried to call for 3 times in an interval of 15, 30 and 60 minutes but it stills the same no one answering the dammed telephone.

Still keeping my cool, I called up the usual streamyx customer service 1300 88 9515 number to ask for the status of my case. To my amazement, the lady staff there don’t know a single thing about my case and she even don’t know why my account was closed out of a sudden too. So I have explained it all over again and she said she promise to open a case for me… Dammed, I think the TMPoint manager didn’t file my report.

In the afternoon, a guy named Melvin Joshua from Streamyx billing department called me up and offer a solutions for my unusual case. According to him, my account was closed out of sudden and I need to wait for about one to two weeks time to get it activated again.

He offered me a quick fix whereby to register me a new user ID so that I can get online back by tomorrow. Don’t want to make thing complicated, I take the offer and he says that his colleague will call me shortly for the activation of it.

During the whole conversation with Melvin, he mentioned that there is no report from the TMPoint, Setapak branch regarding my case. This would mean that the Manager by the name of Maslan didn’t bother about my case at all. Is the type of working attitude that their senior manager of TM supposes to have? Do they understand what does it mean by Customer Service? I can understand it if the staff didn’t do their job diligently but he’s a manager. If manager is like this, how well can you depend on his subordinate lar..

Further more; I’m not the only one being subjected to this sudden closure of account without authorization from the customer. Melvin said that today there are four more cases like me.

Oklah… being satisfied with the answer and solutions that this Melvin given, I just wait for another day to get the promised new user id. Hopefully this wouldn’t be another empty promises from them….
