Day 4: Streamyx is Done for good…

Today is the day…. Today is the for what honey? Don’t you know? Today is the day for me to let some steam on streamyx people.

I called them on about six something and asked for the Melvin guy from billing department. As usual we have to wait for looooooong time first. Then a guy answer my call and I gave him my ID and he check on it. He say a lot of rubbish thingi and I directly asked for Melvin. At first this Melvin hesitate a bit to take my call but after a few plea I got to him.

I asked why there no response from him. He said, he was on leave. I told him that he definitely have the right to take whatever leave he entitled to but in common sense at least have someone follow-up on the case. Customer service is definitely not letting people waiting in vain and wondering.

During the conversation, he told me that the new ID wasn’t working cause the system blocking him registering a new ID with my details. I’ll have to wait till their investigation people come out with and answer on why my account was closed. It’s seems to be a fair answer he given but they should let me know the status and update on it instead of keep me waiting in vain. If I didn’t call up, sure I’ll be keep waiting for another week.

To cut it short, I get real feed-up and told them to take whatever sweet time they wanted to investigate. I got feed-up with this kinda F#@ckup service and switching to other service provider…

First i was thinking of reporting this issue to the Communication and Multimedia Consumer Forum Of Malaysia and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) but then why shouls i waste my time anymore and educate them on what customer service mean. I’ll rather save my time on other stuff. I’ll just let them continue to provide this kinda extraordinary good service. In two years time sure their service will die off especially with so much competitor around nowaday like 3G, 4G, wimax, wireless, satelite option around.

Let them have a feel on what bullfrog theory is.
