Yet another big let down and promises are just like superman. “What did you mention superman?” I guess that you may ask. Promises from TMNet customer service are flying faster than the speeding bullet just like superman did. “Now you here it, Now they forgot about it”

As what I have said in the second post on this dammed streamyx issue, this guy named Melvin from billing department promises activate a new account from me within a day. So I was waiting, and waiting and waiting the whole day on Thursday. I got feed up and decided to call them up.

So I called the 1300-88-9515 number and ask for status again. I asked for this Melvin and the staff there told me that he is on leave for 2 days and will be back to work on tomorrow.

I given them my old id and asked the status of my case, but to my surprise AGAIN, they still don’t know what the head and tails I asked for. So what next, I fuck that poor fella and ask him to read my file. All he says is that my case was handled in Melvin pool and he can’t access it. What if, Melvin go for a long honeymoon holiday? Do I need wait he came back to work? Or worse what if he doesn’t come back to work?

Ahemm… since I’m a nice guy, I don’t fuck the telephone operator further instead I asked for the manager in charge. I’m sure that the manager there will have the right to open any of their subordinate records. To my let down, the manager was not at his desk and I asked to leave a note to ask the manager to return call to me on a URGENT basis.

So I waited… waited…. waited… and waited until 4.30 pm and called up for the manager again. Guess what? The staff keep saying that the manager is not in his office. What the hell is a manager for anyway?
Is they hired to sleep at their own house? or
Is it the staff deliberately block my request for the manager? Or
There simply no manager around?

Is this the kinda f**kup customer service you will get when become a good paying customer?
