Day 4: Streamyx is Done for good…

Today is the day…. Today is the for what honey? Don’t you know? Today is the day for me to let some steam on streamyx people.

I called them on about six something and asked for the Melvin guy from billing department. As usual we have to wait for looooooong time first. Then a guy answer my call and I gave him my ID and he check on it. He say a lot of rubbish thingi and I directly asked for Melvin. At first this Melvin hesitate a bit to take my call but after a few plea I got to him.

Day 3: Streamyx done it again… Ops he did it Again!

Yet another big let down and promises are just like superman. “What did you mention superman?” I guess that you may ask. Promises from TMNet customer service are flying faster than the speeding bullet just like superman did. “Now you here it, Now they forgot about it”

As what I have said in the second post on this dammed streamyx issue, this guy named Melvin from billing department promises activate a new account from me within a day. So I was waiting, and waiting and waiting the whole day on Thursday. I got feed up and decided to call them up.

Day 2: Streamyx done it again. The Mayhem Status Continues…

Well it is Wednesday morning now and I have yet to hear any news from the TMPoint manager yet. He promises to give me feedback on my cases as reported in my previous post. When I tried to call the number he given to me on Monday but to my frustration that number was ringing and ringing and ringing without anyone answering it. I tried to call for 3 times in an interval of 15, 30 and 60 minutes but it stills the same no one answering the dammed telephone.

Still keeping my cool, I called up the usual streamyx customer service 1300 88 9515 number to ask for the status of my case. To my amazement, the lady staff there don’t know a single thing about my case and she even don’t know why my account was closed out of a sudden too. So I have explained it all over again and she said she promise to open a case for me… Dammed, I think the TMPoint manager didn’t file my report.
